Fetch Announces National Preferred Vendor Partnership with Greystar

Fetch + Greystar National Partnership

We’re pleased to officially announce our new strategic partnership with Greystar. With this new partnership, Fetch now has the opportunity to provide our direct-to-door package delivery services to more than 315,000 Greystar residents nationwide.

Greystar, a global leader in the investment, development, and management of high-quality rental housing properties has added Fetch to its National Preferred Vendor Program. This partnership enables Greystar to offer the most innovative package management solution as well as a distinctive amenity for their residents.

Greystar is proud to partner with Fetch. As we continue to look for ways to enhance the resident experience, e-commerce has become critical. With that said, it can be overwhelming at times for our on-site teams. Fetch offers a really unique solution. Our residents schedule the delivery based on when it’s convenient for their schedule. Fetch helps with every facet of package logistics including package quantities, package theft, delivery predictability, and the handling of oversized items. It also allows our on-site team members to focus on other critical tasks related to resident care.”

– Toni Reeves, Executive Director for Greystar

Multifamily on-site teams have both limited space and hours in the day to handle package deliveries for residents and Fetch will help Greystar address the ever-growing demands of package management.  With e-commerce deliveries growing by well over 30% in 2020 and holiday delivery volume currently through the roof, many apartment communities are now overwhelmed by managing the wave of packages for their residents and the onslaught of new couriers appearing hourly for deliveries. On top of that, maintaining contactless solutions and finding ways to accommodate oversized items, meal prep kits, and medications make the Fetch partnership a perfect fit.

Fetch accepts all packages at local secure facilities and then coordinates scheduled, door-to-door delivery with residents. Fetch manages all coordination with residents and offers a full-time, customer-centric support staff to help answer questions and assist with any needs. Providing residents with both a convenient and time-saving amenity.

“Online purchasing was already increasing exponentially year over year prior to COVID-19, and multifamily properties have been inundated with deliveries,” said Matt Greene, Vice President of Sales at Fetch. “It’s imperative that apartment teams have the ability to focus on their communities without being overrun with package management responsibilities. Residents need to be able to live, work, and attend school from home, knowing their online orders will arrive at their doors on schedule.”

Fetch CEO Michael Patton said the Greystar partnership comes at a time when a new approach to package management is required.

“It is an honor to partner with Greystar, the world’s largest multifamily property management and development group,” Patton said.“Greystar has a fantastic reputation of integrity and deep caring for those they serve, and we’re excited to not only deliver our package management solution to Greystar residents but create efficiencies for their on-site teams. The industry is at a critical juncture in terms of package volume and the ability to continue to provide package services to residents. Progressive companies like Greystar are taking steps now to stay ahead of package volume trends and ensure that their residents’ needs are met moving forward.”
